Any data stored on equipment we collect is destroyed in accordance with NIST 800-88 guidelines. We do not access, read, copy, or retain any data from the devices we process. Our data destruction process is designed to make all data irrecoverable, and we provide certification as evidence of this process.
5. Zero to Landfill & Environmental Responsibility
Our zero-to-landfill commitment extends to data as well as hardware. All storage media is either securely wiped and the device repurposed, or the media is physically destroyed and materials recycled through WEEE-compliant facilities. No storage media is disposed of in a way that could compromise data security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in our operations (e.g., logistics partners for collections), but only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data protection agreements.
